Conditions We Treat

At Regain Health Centre, we treat and diagnose a variety of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries, including sporting injuries, occupational injuries, orthopaedic injuries, and age-related changes.

Our treatment and assessment approach revolves around six core pillars:

  1. getting to the root of the problem
  2. easing symptoms
  3. reversing the cause
  4. undoing the body’s response to injury
  5. strengthening the muscles
  6. understanding the recovery path.

This approach allows our physiotherapists to make lasting and meaningful changes for our patients.

We treat a full range of injuries using a variety of techniques and equipment.

Do you have a question about something that is not on this page? Please call us or book an online appointment, so we can discuss your condition and if you would benefit from a Physiotherapy assessment.
