Regain Health is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. We believe it is important that everyone who accesses our Regain Health website understands what kind of information is or may be collected through the website, how that information is or may be collected and used, and the measures that Regain Health takes to protect the integrity of any personally identifiable information that you may provide to us.

Data/Information Collection

Regain Health’s website is for informational purposes. A user is not required to register in order to utilize the full functionality of the website.

All personal health information and charting by the therapist is confidential and stored on a secure, cloud-based electronic medical record system called Jane app using Canadian servers.

Use Of Information

The personal information collected on Regain Health’s website may be used to directly communicate with you. Your e-mail, mailing and/or billing address may be used for sending invoices, information or reminders, and technical service issues.

Sharing Personal Information

Your personally identifiable information is not disclosed outside of Regain Health. We do not sell, rent or lease your name, billing or mailing address, e-mail address, phone number or other personally identifiable information to others.

We may access and/or disclose your personal information if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or any legal process served on Regain Health; (b) respond to authorized requests of governmental or law enforcement agencies; (c) protect and defend the rights or property of Regain Health (including the enforcement of our agreements); and/or (d) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Regain Health services or members of the public. Circumstances may arise when, for business purposes, Regain Health may decide to sell, merge, acquire or otherwise reorganize its business.

Safe Guarding Personal Information

We protect the personal information in our custody or control by making reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.

We will take reasonable steps, through contractual or other reasonable means, to ensure that a comparable level of personal information protection is implemented by our suppliers and agents.

Note that confidentiality and security are not assured when information is transmitted through e-mail or other digital or wireless communication.  Please notify our Privacy Officer in writing if you do not want us to communicate with you through these means.

From time to time, Regain Health may update and revise this Privacy Statement to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers’ feedback. Because we reserve the right to modify this Privacy Statement at any time, please make sure that you review it frequently.
