How do I make an appointment?
Just give us a call on the given number or leave a voice message, we will get back to you as soon as possible to book your appointment. You can book your appointment online too, just follow the instructions on the BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT tab!
Is a doctor referral required?
No, for consultation and follow-up therapy you don’t need your GP referral, however, we will notify your GP about your progress, if we have your consent for the same.
Do I qualify for a medical service plan rebate?
Yes, unless until you are under low income group. MSP provides $23 for your treatment and rest of the payment will have to be paid upfront by you as your user fees.
MSP covers 10 appointments per calendar year (January 1st to December 31st), which includes other services too such as chiropractor, massage therapy, naturopath and non-surgical podiatry.

What is the cost of the Physiotherapy treatment?

What is the cost of the Hand Therapy treatment?

What is user fee?
User fee is the difference of payment between MSP or ICBC(Physiotherapy) payment and the clinic standard fee.
How can I make a payment?
You can pay by Credit (Visa, Master), Debit, Cheque or cash.
Do you do direct billing?
Yes, we bill to major insurance companies through Telus Health eclaims and Pacific Blue Cross.

Does clinic receive ICBC claim clients?
Yes, we accept ICBC claim clients. However, you must have the ICBC claim number.
Does clinic receive WSBC/WCB clients (approval awaiting - will update soon)?
Yes, we will accept Worksafe injury clients. However, you must have claim number or your family doctor referral letter.
How long does assessment/follow up visit take?
Assessment takes around 40 minutes (depends on the condition) and follow up visit takes around 20-30 mins. In case you are instructed to do exercises at the clinic it will take around 40 mins.
What should I wear for assessment and follow up visits?
For your convenience, loose fitting clothes will help us to measure the movements well and you will be comfortable while doing exercises.
Is there public parking available?
Yes, ample parking space is available on two sides of the building.
