Jenny is an excellent physiotherapist. She helped me overcome a tight IT band issue. She listened to me and provided three different therapies to ease the tightness. It was amazing and there was a bit of pain, as he worked on it but no pain after, i have WAY more movement ..ie not so stiff and painfull.
