Mritunjay ‘Jay’ Pandey MPT, CHT (HTCC)

Jay obtained his Physiotherapy degree from Bangalore, India and later completed his Masters in Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapy. He has also earned certification as a Hand Therapist (HTCC).

With over two decades of experience, Jay specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries. Throughout his career, he has developed a particular focus on addressing upper limb conditions and spinal injuries. Jay employs a functional approach to assess his patients and create comprehensive rehabilitation plans aimed at restoring functional health, facilitating a safe return to work, and implementing preventative strategies.

Jay firmly believes that understanding the underlying cause of symptoms is crucial for preventing their recurrence and empowering individuals to manage their conditions independently. He starts his approach by educating his clients about their symptoms, implementing appropriate postural corrections, providing functional precautions, and prescribing specific exercises to aid in the restoration of functional health.

In his leisure time, Jay enjoys playing with his children, going for long walks, and participating in recreational activities.

It is worth mentioning that Jay is a proud member of both the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia and the Canadian Society of Hand Therapists.
