Jay firmly believes that understanding the underlying cause of symptoms is crucial for preventing their recurrence and empowering individuals to manage their conditions independently. He starts his approach by educating his clients about their symptoms, implementing appropriate postural corrections, providing functional precautions, and prescribing specific exercises to aid in the restoration of functional health.

It is worth mentioning that Jay is a proud member of both the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia and the Canadian Society of Hand Therapists.
