Highly Recommend! Jay and his team have been magnificent with my long 1+ year journey from carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) symptoms to then helping recovery after I finally had the surgery on my wrist. With great care and attention to specific care needed in maintaining my work life, I've been able to live comfortably with minimal complication due to the CTS. Jay adressses exactly what's needed to minimize pain and discomfort. A strong knowledge medically and having an empathetic attitude makes for a successful recovery! Jay knew what stretches to do, had tools for me to use at home and made sure I was on the right path to I will miss the hand bath, light therapy and wax treatments as well as fun banter with Jay and others in the office. Most of all, my CTS is gone, recovery is successful and I can get back to 100% duties at work and at home. Thanks Jay and the ladies that assist him.

Jay and the team fixed me up. I saw Jay 2 different times, the first for an improperly healed (previously broken) right wrist, which he treated throughout 6 months, after a year of pain. I saw him again for another work injury, a damaged tendon on my opposite hand that had been hurting for nearly a year as well. They were always able to work around my hectic work schedule and put in the extra effort to make sure I was receiving the best care. Always professional and considerate and truly cares for their patients. I would recommend to anyone recovering from a hand injury or general injury of any kind.

I was overwhelmed with how amazing these people are they truly are miracle workers. It was my first time having acupuncture done to my back. I was barely able to walk with the extreme pain i had, after he was done I felt instant relief and was able to walk without the agonizing pain. Highly recommending this office to everyone who will listen. Staff is A++

Excellent experience! Staff is friendly, personable and attentive, keeping a very bright and clean location! Jay is an excellent physiotherapist, he makes sure his patients are comfortable and progressing steadily between sessions. If you’re looking for a hand specialist I would highly recommend, and will be returning for my other physio needs! Jen is also a great communicative resource for returning to work! 10/10 for Regain Health!

I started coming to Regain Physiotherapy in July of 2022 after a car accident that left me with a lot of pain and restrictions with my mobility. I’m happy to report that I am now living pain free and have gained back almost 100% mobility in my wrist! Jay has always been very professional and personable, I can’t recommend Regain Physio enough!

I had a great experience at Regain. I got into a car accident in January and Jay helped me with the speedy recovery of my fractured thumb. Very professional, lent out his own equipment to exercise at home, made me many splints, and his clinic had lots of unique tools. Jay was very caring, even offering juice & snacks when I told him I had felt dizzy at a blood test prior to coming. Would highly recommend!
